Beyond my professional achievements, my personal story is integral to my coaching approach. Diagnosed with Fibromyalgia 18 months ago, I've navigated the challenges of living with an invisible disability while maintaining a successful career and home balance  . This experience has deepened my commitment to authentic leadership and my belief that vulnerability can be a genuine source of strength.

As a mother to my daughter and bonus daughter, with a loving partner and our dog completing our family, I understand firsthand the delicate balance many leaders strive to achieve between professional ambitions and personal fulfilment. These relationships ground me and constantly remind me of what truly matters.

One of my guiding principles in both life and leadership is: "Lighting other people's candles makes the room brighter; it doesn't dim your light." This philosophy drives my active participation in women's networks, industry panels, and speaking engagements where I advocate for equality and inclusion. I find immense joy in helping others articulate and celebrate their successes, bringing people along on the journey rather than racing ahead alone.
